What Counts As A Paid Run? +

Only a MergeLoom run that opens a pull request or merge request counts against your free allowance or paid usage. No PR/MR, no run charge.

Do Blocked Or Failed Runs Count? +

No. If work stops before PR/MR handoff because the ticket needs clarification, validation fails, or a policy blocks the change, it is not counted as a paid run.

How Do Cloud AI Credits Work? +

Cloud includes 2,500 AI credits for managed provider usage. One credit equals £0.01 of AI usage, and top-ups start at £20 for 2,000 credits. We do not mark up provider usage; top-ups cover managed AI spend and card processing fees. AI credits apply only to Cloud because Self Hosted teams bring and pay for their own AI provider.

How Are Extra Runs Purchased? +

Extra PR/MR runs are purchased in minimum bundles of 5. Enterprise pricing is available for teams doing 500+ PR/MR runs a month.

Why Is Self Hosted Cheaper Per Run? +

Self Hosted teams operate the worker and AI provider path inside their own environment, so MergeLoom charges a lower platform fee for each PR/MR outcome.

Are Features Gated By Plan? +

No. Cloud and Self Hosted include the core MergeLoom platform: context, quality checks, validation, audit trails, PR/MR handoff, and cost telemetry. OIDC/SAML is Enterprise only.

What Happens Above 500 PR/MR Runs A Month? +

Teams doing 500+ PR/MR runs a month use Enterprise for custom volume pricing, OIDC/SAML, and procurement support.
