For standard self-serve paid subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase. The refund window starts on the date the first paid subscription charge is completed.
Email support@mergeloom.ai within 14 days with your workspace name, billing email, plan, purchase date, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information so we can identify the account and payment.
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewal charges. Cancelling does not automatically refund past charges unless the request falls within this refund policy or another written agreement applies.
The free plan does not require a payment card and does not create a charge. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.
This policy does not remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where consumer cancellation rules apply, we will handle refund requests in line with applicable law.
