Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how MergeLoom handles refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments for paid subscriptions.

01.Scope

This Refund Policy applies to standard self-serve paid MergeLoom subscriptions purchased through Stripe. Enterprise, procurement-led, and negotiated contracts follow the cancellation, refund, and credit terms in the signed agreement, which supersede this policy for those customers.

02.14-Day Refund Window For First Paid Subscription

A 14-day refund window applies to the first paid subscription charge on a standard self-serve workspace.

The 14-day window starts on the date the first paid subscription charge completes.

Renewal payments after the first 14-day window are not refundable.

03.How To Request A Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email support@mergeloom.ai with:

  • Workspace name
  • Billing email used at purchase
  • Plan purchased
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

04.Non-Refundable Items

Used AI credits and consumed usage are not refundable.

Services, implementation work, support packages, and delivered custom rollout work are not refundable.

Renewal charges after the initial 14-day window are not refundable.

These exclusions do not apply where a refund is required by law or by a signed contract.

05.Free Self Hosted Plan

The free Self Hosted plan does not require a payment card and creates no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

06.Cloud Hosted Free Workspaces

Cloud Hosted free workspaces may require card verification through Stripe for abuse prevention. Card verification does not create a subscription charge and is not refundable as a transaction.

07.Cancellations

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to paid features continues until that date. Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund outside the 14-day window.

08.Billing Errors

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@mergeloom.ai within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where appropriate, apply a correction, credit, or refund.

09.Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
