Terms And Conditions

Last Updated: May 2026

These Terms And Conditions govern your access to and use of the MergeLoom platform, websites, and related services. By using MergeLoom, you agree to these terms.

01.Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using MergeLoom you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are using MergeLoom on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

02.The Service

MergeLoom is a governed AI ticket-to-code platform that turns approved tickets into review-ready pull requests and merge requests. A run can include Ticket Intake, Clarity Agent, Context Engine, Investigation Agent, Implementation Agent, Validation Gate, Repair Agent, Review Agent, Review Fix And Confirmation, Diff Guard, Publish PR/MR, and Audit. MergeLoom opens pull requests and merge requests; MergeLoom does not automatically merge code into your branches.

03.Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, merging, deploying, and operating any code produced or modified using MergeLoom.

You are responsible for configuring connectors, repositories, validation commands, branch protection, code owners, and review policies in line with your engineering and security standards.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and authorisations to connect repositories, ticket sources, integrations, AI providers, and infrastructure to MergeLoom.

You are responsible for keeping credentials and access tokens confidential and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

04.Execution Models

Cloud Hosted: MergeLoom operates managed worker infrastructure with tenant-isolated execution. Cloud Hosted runs currently use Anthropic as the AI model provider through MergeLoom. AI credits for Cloud Hosted execution are supplied and billed through MergeLoom.

Self Hosted: You operate worker infrastructure inside your own environment. Repository checkout, context assembly, AI execution, tests, validation, repair attempts, branch push, worker-local traces, worker-local audit, and Code Audit evidence stay within your worker boundary. You select and operate your provider path, which may include Codex CLI, Claude Code CLI, Codex API, Claude / Anthropic API, OpenAI-compatible private endpoints with tool and function calling, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI Foundry. OpenAI-compatible endpoints must support tool and function calling for real ticket execution; prompt-only chat completion compatibility is not sufficient.

You are responsible for the security, availability, and compliance of any Self Hosted worker infrastructure and customer-managed provider path.

05.Customer Content And Code

You retain all rights to your code, tickets, configuration, and connected systems. MergeLoom processes this content only to provide the service you have configured. MergeLoom does not train foundation models on customer source code. The MergeLoom control plane stores coordination and configuration metadata and safe operational summaries; the control plane does not store all source code or all deep execution traces by default, especially in Self Hosted deployments.

06.AI Output Disclaimer

AI-assisted output can be incomplete, incorrect, insecure, or unsuitable for your use case. Quality Agents and validation commands reduce, but do not eliminate, this risk. You must review and validate every change before merging or deploying. MergeLoom is not a substitute for engineering judgement, code review, security review, or testing.

07.Subscriptions, Fees, And AI Credits

Paid plans, AI credit bundles, usage-based charges, and plan limits apply as described at purchase or in your order form. Cloud Hosted free workspaces may require card verification through Stripe for abuse prevention without creating a subscription charge. Billing terms, cancellations, and refund eligibility are described in the Refund Policy.

08.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MergeLoom to bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer the platform, infringe the rights of others, exfiltrate data you are not entitled to, generate or distribute unlawful content, or operate in a way that materially harms the platform or other customers.

09.Service Availability

We work to keep MergeLoom available and performant. Except where a separate service level agreement is in place, the service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Self Hosted availability depends on customer-operated infrastructure.

10.Third-Party Integrations And Providers

MergeLoom relies on third-party providers including Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Crisp, and Cal.com to operate parts of the service. Customer-enabled integrations such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, monday.com, Linear, Slack, and Microsoft Teams are configured by the customer and are subject to those providers' own terms. MergeLoom is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

11.Disclaimers

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MergeLoom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to use of the service.

13.Termination

Either party may terminate use of the service in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on customer responsibilities, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

14.Enterprise Agreements

Where the customer has signed a separate enterprise or procurement-led agreement with MergeLoom, that agreement governs to the extent of any conflict with these terms.

15.Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
