Terms and conditions
The terms for using the MergeLoom website, controller, free plan, paid plans, documentation, and product information.
Last updated: 30 April 2026
Agreement to these terms
By using the MergeLoom website, controller, free plan, paid plan, documentation, or related services, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed customer agreement applies. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls where there is a conflict.
Business use
MergeLoom is designed for engineering teams and business users. You must have authority to create an account, connect tools, install a worker, or purchase a plan for your organization.
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials, worker enrollment tokens, API keys, OAuth connections, and secrets secure.
- You must only connect repositories, work trackers, AI providers, and infrastructure that you are authorized to use.
- You must promptly tell us if you believe your MergeLoom account or worker enrollment details have been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not use MergeLoom to break the law, infringe rights, attack systems, bypass access controls, or process data you are not authorized to process.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the website, controller, APIs, or hosted services.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, malicious, or highly sensitive data unless your agreement and configured environment explicitly allow it.
Customer worker and integrations
Customers are responsible for installing, securing, monitoring, and operating their worker infrastructure, repositories, validation commands, AI providers, project management tools, and integration permissions. MergeLoom provides orchestration and workflow tooling; customers remain responsible for their development and release process.
AI output and human review
MergeLoom helps create PRs and MRs with checks attached, but AI-generated code can still be incomplete, incorrect, insecure, or unsuitable. Your team remains responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, merging, deploying, and operating all code changes.
Plans, billing, and changes
Plan limits, run volumes, prices, features, and availability may change over time. Paid subscriptions, enterprise terms, service commitments, procurement requirements, and support obligations may be governed by a separate order form or customer agreement.
Intellectual property
MergeLoom names, website content, documentation, product materials, designs, software, and branding belong to MergeLoom or its licensors. Customer repositories, tickets, context, and outputs remain subject to the customer's own rights and third-party tool terms.
No warranty
The website, documentation, free plan, and product information are provided for evaluation and operational use as described. Except where a separate written agreement says otherwise, MergeLoom is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MergeLoom is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, product evaluation, AI output, customer infrastructure, third-party providers, or customer release decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
